Sarah is a lifelong resident of Chemung County. She received her Associates in Applied Science from Corning Community College and a Bachelors in Dietetics and Bachelors in Sports Nutrition from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania. Sarah completed her Dietetic Internship at Dominican University in Chicago, Illinois where she discovered her passion for community nutrition and became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Currently, Sarah is working on her Masters in Nutrition through Mansfield University to enhance her skills and knowledge to assist people in the Finger Lakes region to achieve a healthier lifestyle. Sarah stays active by participating in charity running events and triathlons in her free time. Nutrition and physical activity is a passion of Sarah’s, and she is excited to be working as an Environmental Nutritionist for Finger Lakes Eat Smart New York and Cornell Cooperative Extension of Steuben County.
