Community Nutrition Educator
I grew up in the Hudson Valley and I am a graduate of The College at SUNY Brockport through the Public Health and Health Education program. I am fortunate to have my passion and my hobby align. I enjoy discussing Nutrition Education and I continuously think about ways to make this information easily accessible to individuals, the youth and families. My approach to Nutrition Education is to get back to basics! We live in an interesting and confusing time where accessibility of food nutrition information is readily available and thrown at us at every turn. This influx of new information can make your health journey challenging, over-whelming and, ultimately, hinder our long-term health goals. I am here to filter this information out, educate about the building blocks of food nutrition and create a clear stable foundation to start and grow from.
