Tips for Using Herbs and Spices Instead of Salt

Savor the flavor of using herbs and spices while reducing sodium (salt) in your favorite recipes!

This month during an “Add More Color to Your Meals” workshop, participants sampled a Corn, Tomato, and Cucumber salad and loved it! The recipe sparked instant conversation of how refreshing and light it was for a summer snack, and that it seemed easy to whip together. An orange bell pepper was also used to add more color and a crisp crunch!
