Flint Street community gardeners harvested collard greens, celery, radishes, cucumbers, and tomatoes to prepare several delicious recipes. Locally grown peaches and blueberries, yogurt, and canned corn were added to the mix. They made a fruit & veggie smoothie and a corn, tomato and cucumber salad, which the kids and adults all loved!
