Physical Activity Recommendations for Youth
This infographic will help you find ways to help all children and young people get at least 60 minutes of physical activity everyday!
Students learned about the Go, Slow, Whoa foods within each food group. Students had to create a WHOA MyPlate meal with only WHOA foods. Then they had to create a GO MyPlate meal with only GO foods. The students found that it was easier to create a WHOA meal because these foods were more convenient and easily accessible.
