Physical Activity Recommendations for Youth

Edgerton Recreation Center of Rochester and Cornell Cooperative Extension’s Master Gardeners provided nutrition education while teaching gardening skills to youth during the summer of 2017. At the end of the summer, the youth were able to harvest vegetables such as kale and collard greens and take them home to enjoy with their families. Yum!
