Physical Activity Recommendations for Youth

On August 15 and 16, Lyons Elementary & Middle School classroom, specialty and PE teachers, administrators, and support staff participated in a fun, hands-on training with Finger Lakes Eat Smart to launch Coordinated Approach to Child Health (CATCH), a school-based health program designed to promote physical activity and healthy food choices.
