Now that summer is here and we are outside more, try these tips for quenching your thirst and your kids' thirst.
Students learned about the Go, Slow, Whoa foods within each food group. Students had to create a WHOA MyPlate meal with only WHOA foods. Then they had to create a GO MyPlate meal with only GO foods. The students found that it was easier to create a WHOA meal because these foods were more convenient and easily accessible.
