The Soleful Strutters participated in a Cooking Matters pop up grocery store tour. Here are some of the shopping tricks the participants said they learned; “name brand food is the same as store brand foods”, “the difference between whole grains and refined grains”, and “to eat in season and price comparison between fresh, frozen and canned.”
