Here are some great ways to offer vegetables at meals and snacks in child care settings such as schools and Head Start.

One older participant had been requesting pasta fagioli for a long time but staff did not know how to make it. After learning about adding more colors to their meals, participants added chopped spinach to the recipe. One participants said “it’s better than what my wife used to make!”
