What you drink is as important as what you eat. Many beverages contain added sugars and offer little or no nutrients, while others may provide nutrients but too much fat and too many calories.

FLESNY Nutritionist Sarah provided healthy tips and recipes for the different themed days of the week. For example, “meatless Mondays” has FLESNY recipes for macaroni and cheese, kale frittata, and pasta with greens and beans.
