For American Heart Month 2017, Million Hearts® is calling on younger Americans to spread prevention messages. We believe young adults have the power to engage their parents in crucial conversations about heart disease prevention that can result in heart-healthy behavior changes.
Bored of plain water? Try a fruit infused water! Add fresh or canned fruit (in fruit juice) into a jug of water or a small water bottle. Rather than adding ice cubes, add frozen fruit for a cold refreshing drink. Adding your favorite herbs is also a great way to mix it up.
