2 cups low-fat (1%) or fat-free milk

2 teaspoons sugar or honey

Dash of ground cinnamon or 1 cinnamon stick.


Cooking pot, measuring spoons, and spoon or whisk


1. Heat 2 cups of low-fat (1%) or fat-free milk.

2. Stir in 2 teaspoons of sugar or honey.

3. Add a dash of cinnamon or a cinnamon stick.

4. Serve and enjoy!
