Perfect for before bedtime, this simple, yet delicious recipe, requires only three ingredients!
2 cups low-fat (1%) or fat-free milk
2 teaspoons honey
Dash of ground cinnamon or 1 cinnamon stick.
1. Heat 2 cups of low-fat (1%) or fat-free milk
2. Stir in 2 teaspoons of honey
3. Add a dash of cinnamon or a cinnamon stick.
4. Serve and enjoy!
