- 4 cups peas, cooked and chilled
- 3 cups celery stalks, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- In a large bowl, mix together peas, celery, and onion.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Cover and chill.
- Serve and enjoy!
