Ingredients

  • 4 cups peas, cooked and chilled
  • 3 cups celery stalks, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Materials

Cutting board & sharp knife, measuring cup, large bowl & mixing spoon

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together peas, celery, and onion.
  2. Stir in sour cream.
  3. Cover and chill.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
