Banana and Peanut Butter Smoothie

- 1 cup frozen banana pieces
- 3/4 cups skim milk
- 3 Tablespoons peanut butter
1) In a blender, combine all ingredients. Puree until smooth.
2) If the smoothie is too thick, add more skim milk until the desired consistency is reached. Serve.
