Choose symmetrical watermelons with dried stems and yellowish undersides, heavy for size.

How to Store

Store whole watermelons at room temperature. Refrigerate cut watermelons in airtight container for use within 5 days.

How to Prepare

Wash the watermelon before cutting it with a wet cloth or paper towel. There are many ways to cut a watermelon. The flesh can be sliced, cubed, or scooped into balls. Watermelon is delicious to eat as is, or can be enjoyed in a fruit salad.
